Nichole is a dedicated educator and past small business owner with experience in both teaching and business management. Currently pursuing a master’s in education with a focus on literacy, she is committed to integrating evidence-based practices to foster student growth and create environments where both students and staff can thrive. Her background as a small local business owner has equipped her with essential management skills, including organization, and leadership. Nichole aims to apply her business acumen to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and ensure sustainable growth of SMNS. Having worked in various educational settings, she has found a school she can wholeheartedly support in SMNS, where she offers her unique perspective as both a teacher and business owner.

Nichole lives in West Bend, WI, with her partner and son. You can often find them exploring the shores of Lake Michigan or meandering through the Kettle Moraines.
